General
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for new bookings and existing clients who have not been in my chair for 2+ years. This will go towards your appointment on the day of.

Your appointment and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays and circumstances can occur, causing schedule adjustments.
​
No shows, late arrivals, and cancellations not only inconvenience me, but other clients as well. When booking your appointment, you are holding a space on my schedule that is no longer available to others.
​
In order to be respectful of my time and other clients waiting to book in, please allow more than 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
Before your Appointment
Consultations are through text unless you request to come in for an in-person consultation which is $20 - $40.

Photos of your Hair
I will need multiple photos of your current hair. All in natural lighting. No filters please. It is best to send photos of the front, back, and the length of your hair.

Inspiration Photos
Attach 3-5 inspirational photos of what you would like to achieve.
​
2 Year Colour History
*Most important part. Without it, I am unable to book you*
Send a detailed description of the services you have/had done to your hair in the past 3 years.
Ex: Was it done at home? Salon? Along with a time frame.

Please also attach a photo of the products you are currently using on your hair.
Cancellation
If you choose to cancel within 48 hours or less of your appointment, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee that will need to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.

If you do not show at all to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service total.
​
If you are 15 minutes or more late, you are choosing to forfeit your appointment time and will be charged 25% of your total service.
After Hours
After hours are available upon request for an additional fee.

I understand that certain circumstances and situations may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute appointment outside of my normal working hours. If date and time is available, you will be accommodated accordingly.
